Tarpley McColl

Chairman and CEO

Tarpley is a successful entrepreneur with over ten years of experience in the mobile and Internet industry. Tarpley has consistently excelled in several different markets and industries, helping the companies he’s started to grow strategically and to become profitable. In addition to serving as CEO of UR Mobile, Tarpley is also a Founding Partner at Evergreen Syndicate, a design and consulting firm, and Managing Partner of AEG Media Group, an online media company.

Terry Myers

Chief Technology Officer

Terry has over two decades of experience in designing, developing and maintaining software solutions for customers across a range of industries. Prior to his position at UR Mobile, Terry held significant software engineering positions for companies ranging from small, fast-moving startups to large IT firms working on contract projects, such as Airmen Certification for the Federal Aviation Administration and Infrastructure Planning for the United States Air Force. Terry holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of Oklahoma.

Aaron Sandoval

Vice President – Creative and UX

Aaron is an award-winning authority on interactive architecture, usability, and design who has helped dozens of nonprofit organizations execute successful web strategies. Prior to joining ur mobile, he was eCreative director and director of eArchitecture for is7, an award-winning interactive services group, serving a national and international client base from its headquarters in Dallas. Aaron holds a Master’s in Public Communication from the prestigious Universidad de las Américas in historic Puebla, Mexico.

Melissa Vincent

Vice President – Marketing and Business Development

Melissa is a marketing, sales, and business development expert. Prior to joining ur mobile, she worked for several nonprofit organizations, helping them to improve business processes and their marketing efforts. She was also a top salesperson at Risk Mitigation Consultants, LLC, a professional background screening services firm. At ur mobile, Melissa is responsible for sales, marketing, and business development.
